richshow Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 I'm sure this is a newbie issue but I'm having an issue with the text feature. I have an image that I want to add text to. I created a new transparent layer, click on the text tool and start typing. I see the cursor moving but no visible text. I do have a dark color selected on a white background so it's not that. Pixey Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 @richshow Welcome to the forum This is just a shot in the dark, but when you click on the T for text, you then have to click back onto your layer and then begin typing. BoltBait Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 You probably have a selection and you're trying to type outside of that selection.
