HCGS
So, this is a thing that's really annoying in paint.net. The shortcut for filling the screen with the secondary color (shift+backspace) is enabled even if you are writing something with the Text tool. So if you are in the middle of writing a bit of uppercase text by holding shift and you happen to press backspace, the entire text gets deleted and your layer is now a big solid color and you have to type everything again. Please, this shortcut needs to be disabled (much like backspace, used to fill the layer with the primary color, already is) in the text tool! Roly Poly Goblinoli
I can't reproduce this behavior on version 4.0.19. Are you using the latest version?
