BoltBait Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 If you have my plugin pack installed, you can play with: Effects > Artistic > Oil Painting+ and Effects > Artistic > Pastel But, honestly, there isn't currently a plugin that will give you what you want.
