Ego Eram Reputo
Little bug to report with the image location when Ctrl scrolling a large, newly opened image Repro: 1. Create a single or multiple layer image 2560px x 6400px (smaller images don't seem to exhibit this behavior, I haven't tested to find the size boundaries). 2. Save it as PNG or PDN 3. Close and reopen the image 4. Hold down the Ctrl button and give the mouse wheel one click. It makes no difference if the direction is up or down. Result: the image leaps to the left by quite a distance. Rick Brewster
I've seen this and I have a bug filed, because I agree it's really irritating when it happens ... but I can't get these repro steps to work Where is the mouse cursor when you're doing this? Ego Eram Reputo
Yes. This issue persists regardless of window size. Wonder if it has something to do with the appearance of the scrollbars? My screens are 1920x1080 and 1600x900. I've done some digging. This issue appears on my setup with an image sized between 1920x4800 and 1880x4700. The larger size shows this behavior, the smaller one doesn't. Ego Eram Reputo
1920x4800 jumps 1910x4775 jumps 1905x4763 jumps 1903x4758 jumps 1902x4755 doesn't 1902x4760 doesn't 1902x4765 doesn't 1902x4770 doesn't 1902x4775 doesn't Critical dimension appears to be width. Changing from 1902px wide to 1903px wide initiates the image jumping as specified in the repro steps. Scroll bar is 17px wide. 1903+17 = 1920 = my screen width. Coincidence?? Let's confirm my suspicions by trying this on my second screen (1600px).... 1582x3955 doesn't jump. And now...... 1583x3955 jumps!!! 1 Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
