Eli Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 A friend needs to make a cipher wheel for her class. I said it was easy and that I would do it for her. I made one using the Circle text effect and sent it to her but unfortunately it is not what she needs. The words need to be placed as in the image below. I think I can do it by typing one letter at a time and then using rotation. I thought I would post this as a request for a new type of Circle text effect . Quote
