That's got to be the briefest intro to a new plugin ever!

What does it do? How do I use it? UI screenshot?

It doesn't work for me.

Did you read the instructions in the Read Me doc?

Copy or move GuideLines.dll and GuideLines.dlc to Paint.Net > Effects folder.
Copy or move OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dll and OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dlc to Paint.Net  Effects folder.  (Not File Type folder).

Also, you have to play with the settings to get what you want.  In this case, I went for a simple grid:

i don´t  found guidelines in Effects ► Render after restart

You also need:

Copy or move GuideLines.dll and GuideLines.dlc to Paint.Net > Effects folder.
Copy or move OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dll and OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dlc to Paint.Net  Effects folder.

You can find the OptionalBasedLibrary dll and dlc here .  Extract them from the folder and put them into Effects folder as well :)
