Colorize an old picture

Goodmorning everyone.
Please take a look at this old black and white photo:

Originals are very small 5cm.X7Cn. and are very ruined.
I tried to color them and fix them but I can not.
How can I do?

You did a great job considering there is little hair on the baby.

Thank you very much.
It is difficult to edit single layer so small like baby hair.
How  can I do to change hair color because for a baby it is too red.

Select the layer containing the hair colouring, go to Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation and bring down the saturation slider a bit.

so to do all the work:
1) I pick baby hair and copy them
2) I create new layer and I past hair
3) Do I have to copy the hair color from the photo of the red hair woman? Or do I have a red hair snapshot?
