There is a tut (cant remember who made it) on making "glass buttons" like the one you have if you would want to make your own. EDIT: Found that tut. Live. @ heri and LJXD : thanks a lot!! @ LFC4EVER : on the side, I wanted to make the Windows logo look like the Start button. thats why it looks rectangular. and for the slogan, i might change it to the one you mentioned (with caps) Thanks!!!
