Image "Warping?" Help

Hello folks,

I am trying to edit an image and I want to "warp" a rectangle-like shape to be sort of bent.

to be able to do this:

I'm looking for a plugin or some other method of accomplishing this. Thanks!

I think your best bet would be the Shape 3D Plugin.

That worked well, but do you know of any methods to make the bend a little less extreme?
