Ego Eram Reputo Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 The first thing I'd try is running Windows System File Checker (SFC): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system It asks you to run SFC from an elevated command prompt, but doesn't explain how. These steps will help Click the Start button. In the search box, type cmd. Right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator. Click Yes to run the Windows Command Prompt as Administrator.
