DieselDriver
Hello, how can I realize such of these two lines in paint.net? The color of the border also should be changeable.

DieselDriver
Thanks. And do you have a suggestion for the black border? Sometimes I need white/yellow lines for example on a white background and the dark border should help to read it easier.

xod
This small plugin was made for personal purposes. It should not be considered as a PDN plugin because it is just one of my experiments with C#.
Ego Eram Reputo
Ah. OK. It seems a shame to hide it away, but that is entirely your choice.
