Lovely image - it's so well done and the color is great for the scene :D

Ahhh - that is an excellent rendition @BlastWave.  Brings back memories of staying at a Holiday Day Inn Express, East Kowloon, and looking right into the building beside us, and watching a very hot looking guy (as in heat wave) ironing a huge pile of clothes ??️ ?

@Pixey Thank you! That must have been quite the trip!

@LionsDragon In a way it is! But it's more of a robot spider/crab. Inspired somewhat by the Tachikomas from Ghost in The Shell.

@Seerose Thank you very much! :)

@lynxster4 Thank you for your kind words!

With the recent talk of creating a US Space Force™ dedicated specifically to space based operations,  I felt inspired to make a scene of something that we'll perhaps see in the distant future.

Awesome @BlastWave. It looks like the light's coming from the left, and you may want to increase the left-side highlights on the astronaut, his ship, and the other ship silhouette. I really like the news HUD; looks realistic.

They must be going really, really fast to orbit that close :)

OMG!  It looks so real!  I love the glint on the spacesuits from the sun.  <3

Looks sweltering and pretty inhospitable.  Excellent!  Excellent!  Excellent!   :trophy:

Catch you tomorrow for rep!  ?

Yes - Wow!  Another beautiful rendition.  I second @lynxster4's comment - as I too love the glints on the soldier's suits :star:

It's good. I would remove the aurora that extends between the mountains (on the immediate right of the peak shown in the center) because it's too low to the ground. I couldn't find any of the locally-intense flecks (middle right) in pictures of the actual aurora borealis, if you're trying to go for realism. I would thin the top of the main bands you have in the picture; here's a photograph to show what I mean.

Image result for aurora borealis photographs

I like what you did and it looks great to me :)
