Ego Eram Reputo
You'll get a larger palette and much nicer transparency if you switch to *.png. GIFs are limited to 256 colors and use dithering to fake more colors. Plus GIF only has one alpha (transparency) setting - on or off. With PNGs you get a huge palette and an alpha channel with 256 different steps. Argen Hammerstone
I'm about 90% sure we already use .png. I only use .gifs when making an animation. Is that what you are speaking of? If so, is there a way to make a .png move?
Ego Eram Reputo
PNG's support frames & animation. Try this Filetype plugin BTW: seen this? http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/17516-sprite-animation-helper-v-094-updated-october-28-2016/ Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
