Small tools keep getting lost on my desktop

I use this program on a PC that has 4 monitors. When I move the main window the tools stay where they were and get scattered over different monitors.  I can't remember if, when I disconnect the laptop and use with just the built in monitor if it moves all the tools back to the correct monitor. 

 

Anyway, what I want to do is to is to set some option to keep the tools contained in the main window so that I can move everything around my desktop easily. Is there a way to do that?

The small windows will dock with the main window corners.

 

If you ever lose the small docker windows, just hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift and click the buttons in the upper right corner of your paint.net screen. This will cause the window to reset and dock.
