Error installing System.TypeInitializationException

Hi, i'm new to the Paint.net forums, i would like to ask that why when i open the paint.net application, i get the following error message, http://prntscr.com/c5912s This error message that appears for me is since a few hours ago, can somebody please tell me to fix this error? I'll be happy! Thanks.

Press your windows key and type "cmd" and press enter.

 

In the DOS box, type CD %LocalAppData%

 

type CD PAINT.NET

 

type CD SESSIONDATA

 

type DIR

 

Show us the results.

RMDIR 1264146131

 

See if that fixes your problem.

Delete all of those 3 codes? Im sorry for freaking out, I need to present a project tomorrow.

In the screenshot you provided, after typing DIR it shows a directory in there called "1264146131".  I gave you two commands that would remove that directory and everything in it.

This just proves that you have a problem with your computer.

 

You need to get that fixed before you can continue.

 

Find someone local who can fix it for you.

I live in a small town in Chile we don't have computer repair shops, but, you're a computer guy, i guess there's a way that you can tell me how to fix it? Also, downloading images from the internet could affect that i can't install paint.net?

Your hard drive is broken.  I can't fix it from here.  You need to find a local "computer guy".

Its a long shot but you could try running CHKDSK see https://www.tekrevue.com/tip/fix-hard-drives-chkdsk-windows-10/

Wait, i have admin, the steps in that page is pretty confusing.

Those instructions are very clear and simple. If you do not understand them then PLEASE don't use them. Instead find a computer expert and ask them to help you.
