Heck yes. =D I watched the anime too, until 4Kids Entertainment sold it to the stupid company that made Yu-ghi-oh.

I have:

GameBoy: Yellow, Blue, Red, Gold, Silver

GameBoy Advance: Sapphire, (used to have Leafgreen. Sold it)

GameCube: Pokemon Colosseum, Pokemon Channel

=p I don't plan on buying another game from the series anytime soon, unless I get a DS.

xD I'm also listening to the Route 1/Veridian City theme from Super Smash Bros Brawl right now.

I've have played the original versions for gameboy (red, blue, and yellow) many many many times. If you are looking for mew, she is only on the green version sold only in Japan. I know, I tried every trick to get mew in red blue or yellow, none of which works. (curses! foiled again!) Anyway, if you do have the green version, you get mew by finishing the whole game, (all the way thru the pokemon championship). Let the credits roll thru, then when you restart at your home, go to the second city, where the boat is, walk in the area where the boat is, do not board the boat, walk back out but don't walk by the guard on the dock, just far enough to switch screens. Watch the boat leave without you on it. Walk back out to the end of the dock. (Where the boat was.) You will be in a room that has a walkway around the edge, and a pickup truck by the door. Walk behind the truck and push it aside. There will be a pokeball. Touch it and you get a battle with mew. Use a master ball to capture her. She escapes from anything else. You need MewTwo to battle her as she can instantly K.O. any other pokemon, regardless of level, resistance, or type. Again, this only works in the Japanese green version. In the American version, you can still go to the same area, but when you move the truck, you only get a regular potion. (Disappointing.) I have also heard rumor that she is hidden in the black Team Rocket version, but have no ideal how to get her in that one.

Also, I seem to remember some trick you could do to get up to 99 of any item, but can't recall how its done. If I think of it, I will post it.

Thou art mistaken! I have found a trick that WORKS! =D Truly! I've done this trick on both Blue and Yellow, and trust me, it works. PLEASE believe me. I was browsing the internet for Pokemon sites once, and I came across The Cave of Dragonflys. It's an awesome site.

Still don't believe me? I found a Wiki article that goes into farther depth on the glitch.

As for the 99 of any item trick. That involves a PokeGlitch named MISSINGNO. The item that will be duplicated needs to be placed in the 6th slot. To perform the trick:

1. Talk to the Old Man located North of Viridian City. Allow him to demonstrate how to catch a Pokémon.

2. Once he is finished, immediately Fly to Cinnabar Island.

3. Make sure that the Rare Candy is in the sixth slot of the bag.

4. Surf up and down along the east coast of the island where the water is touching the land. Whether MissingNo. can be encountered depends on the player's name; other Pokémon may appear instead. Continue Surfing along the coast until MissingNo. appears (assuming that the player's entered name will cause a MissingNo. encounter). Some names may not cause MissingNo. to appear. If so, you may find 'M, which works just as well.

5. Defeat, run from, or catch Missingno. or 'M.

I play Pokémon. I can't say I like the new ones, though. The first two generations of Pokémon were awesome, they were really creative and artistic and beautiful and marvellous. The Pokémon games I own:

GB/GBC: Yellow, Blue, Crystal(The best Pokémon game ever!)

GBA: Ruby, Sapphire(I know, it's stupid to buy them both), Emerald, FireRed.

DS: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team, Pokémon Ranger, Pearl.

My favorite is Crystal. It's just so beautiful.

Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule.

Theon|804 ... thanks for that link. I'm going to try it out. It would be nice to actually catch Mew instead of using the game shark cheat. BTW... Have you found the trick to get Celebi to appear in Ilex Forest? Every trick I try fails. Yes, I finally gave up and used the gameshark code, but, still, I want to actually find it. I'm weird, I know.
