Kaspers
I want to request Real-time canvas resizing, like in the old style paint: That feature would make paint.net my old style paint replacer. Maybe you could implement this with a keyboard-shortcut, which you have to push to see the resize boxes ?
Rick Brewster
Sorry, but this has been discussed at length before in several other threads. This will never be implemented in Paint.NET. Kaspers
Can you tell me why ? And why not place it under a keyboardshortkey, so that a user who want this feature, ken enable it that way..
Rick Brewster
There's probably 2 or 3 other threads on this very same request, I think you can probably find it with a search. Kaspers
Maybe another person who isn't member of the developer team can make a plugin with this feature.. If so, please post or contact me: PM.
A_Pickle
.....wouldn't "crop to selection" do this just fine? Quote Photobucket - Blog Newest Film: Beowulf (Feel free to PM me comments, criticisms)
aatwo
only until you decide you want to make the canvas bigger. But I dont see what's wrong with typing the values into the canvas size form. Quote Deviant Art Gallery
Rick Brewster
Maybe another person who isn't member of the developer team can make a plugin with this feature..If so, please post or contact me: PM. Unfortunately we don't have a plugin framework that would enable this type of plugin. Kaspers
Right I know enough, thanks though. / btw, is crop to selection a new option ? It works perfectly, nice replacement for the feature I liked..
Rick Brewster
Crop to Selection has been around since version 1.0, over 2 years ago. It is a recent addition to the toolbar, however, since v2.6. You would not believe how many e-mails I'd get from people asking "How do I crop!?!?!?!?!!?!!!!" Kaspers
Hehe owright, thanks for your comments & for this awesome freeware application! I only need one thing to get it perfectly: tabbed blades, so you have more then one project in one window, but see for yourself if you want to add it. Btw, the turnlights on this bmw are maybe a litle bit nicer then yours: hehe
Rick Brewster
Yeah, no doubt. Mine's completely stock, so it's a bit on the pedestrian (aka boring) side.
