Theon|804
It's a Photoshop effect that's seen in many many many images around the net. Lines of lowered opacity are made across an image diagonally to create a neat effect. I have no clue how to do this with Paint.NET. An example can be seen in this image: Quote "There's never enough time to do all the nothing you want." - Calvin, The Authoritative Calvin and Hobbes
-Expiration-
Use search before posting a topic. As you said, the effect was made of lines across an image diagonally. A search of "Diagonal Lines" would have yielded the Diagonal Lines plugin. Quote Call me expired. Please. RyuinfinityPDN
It won't be locked. Don't worry. But honestly, use search. Quote -- Make an Explosion in Space--

HITMAN-X-
I don't understand why you need a Plugin for this. I just click on my Paint Bucket tool and then pick Diagonal Lines from my fill box. Quote DEXTUT.COM
KJslove1994
With the plugin you are able to change the scanline intervals, brushwidth, antialias level, and the angle of the lines. I find this plugin very useful.
