Millie&Otis
Can anyone tell me the simplest way to make the white area of my picture transparent?
007 Nab
A noobish way to do it would be to use the magic wand... I reccomend using the alphamask plugin. Just load it up with no image selected (using a blank mask). Make sure that you have "Invert mask" selected, and all white goes away! That will get rid of thw white for yah, and still leave a nicely antialiased edge to the lines. Hope my advice helps, Nab "pyrochild, you're my favorite person ever. 007 Nab
I'm sorry people, I didn't mean "noobish" to be offensive... Just the lesser of the two options I could come up with. Oma - yes, I believe this method has been suggested before. "pyrochild, you're my favorite person ever. We should go snowboarding some time."~ 007 Nab. Ish. PDN Gallery | I Made a Deviant Art! Chadmstraight
A noobish way to do it would be to use the magic wand...Nab I'm new to these forums, but not to paint.net, so all these plug-ins are extremely new to me. Anyways, i'm glad to hear theres something better than the magic wand. that thing pisses me off.
