How do you create a starburst in paint.net

It is easily possible. In the tut, instead of using the "wave filter", use Gradient Bars. Instead of Polar Cor-ordinates, use Polar Transformation, then use various colouring method such as Color Filter or Color Tint, or Curves etc.
