Perhaps my reply from one of your other requests will work here also: ...the Clone Stamp would be your best bet to rid the photograph of the [hand's shadow]. It may be fiddly with it being in such a tight space, but time and effort with the tool will go a long way indeed.You can review how to use said tool on the tool's Help page, found here: http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/en/CloneStamp.html Also, at this point, I must say that maybe having a browse through the Help documents, the Plugin and Tutorial sections, and searching around might give you inspiration to fixing these issues yourself.
