Craftist
How do I can install Paint.NET 4.0.9 without .NET Framework 4.6.1? I've installed Paint.NET 3.5.11 without .NET Framework 3.5, and it successfully launched, but only once. Later Paint.NET doesn't launch. toe_head2001
You can't. The .Net Framework is dependency of paint.net. Quote (September 25th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts. I am aware of the issue. My Gallery | My Plugin Pack Layman's Guide to CodeLab
Craftist
You can't. The .Net Framework is dependency of paint.net. Hm. Anyway I can't install Paint.NET because of .NET Framework error. I know that this isn't Paint.NET error, but nobody helps me at Microsoft community.
IRON67
So talk to us. Describe the error message exactly. Because I also had a problem with .NET framework in the past and was able to solve itself, at least I know for a particular error, how to solve this problem. Rick Brewster
The version of Windows you installed Paint.NET 3.5.11 on "without installing .NET 3.5" probably had .NET 3.5 or newer built-in. Vista had 3.0, 7 had 3.5, 8 had 4.5 ... etc. https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2007/03/14/mailbag-what-version-of-the-net-framework-is-included-in-what-version-of-the-os/ 1 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
