Link2356
Windows 10 (I don't know about other versions of windows) allow you to set the color of inactive window borders via the AccentColorInactive registry entry. Paint.NET already colors it's toolbar to match the regular accent color when it's active, but when inactive, ignores the AccentColorInactive and just uses white. Like the title says, I think it would be nice if it used that so it doesn't look like this when it's inactive.
Rick Brewster
This is a registry setting but not available in any control panel? That sounds like it's a forgotten and unsupported Windows feature.
