The Spain Euro 2008 one, to be exact.

Yeah i just realized he changed it :oops:

For the background He probably used the Light Rays Plugin then radial blur. Then use a gradient with primary colour yellow secondary colour transparent and draw a gradient.

For the text he probably wrote his text then used Drop shadow (This will add other effects but you can delete the one you don't want (but remember to keep the framework dll as well as the drop shadow one)). Then duplicate and radial blur the bottom text layer.

For the country he probably used the Displacement and Alpha Mask plugin with the Spain flag (the alpha mask being the country in black and white). Here's How to use Alpha Masks how to use displacement is in the plugin link.

Then just make the border with anti aliasing turned off.

Thank you Brad. I'll grab those plugins and give it a shot. I will probably need more input from him but this will give me a jumping off point
