make letters thicker

Recommended Posts

hello, im trying to practice and play with tutorials its interesting, ive been trying to play with chrome text, but to do that i need thick kind of bold text because the output is much better.

simple question how you can make letters or draws (like chinese words) more thicker. i post pic so you understand better.

this chinese letter looks good because is thick and big15750_3f5f3206396cbd60d93d875168777ca5 but with this one doesnt look better, too small and thin15750_4362146526c48116d17ee886777fb031.

answers will be appreciated.

If you're text was all one colour, you could download the plugin 'outline object' [ searchpaint.net if you cant find it ] and have you're outline the same colour as your text with low softness and high width.

Also, you're doing you're pictures wrong. You're meant to upload them to either Imageshack or Photobucket. If you need a tutorial, look here.

There's no ruling against that; only in the Pictorium must you use offsite hosting.

threelui, you could try this tutorial if by what you mean thicker, you mean deeper (like in your large example image): viewtopic.php?f=15&t=23397

If you do mean thicker, as in wider and broader, then xRyan's suggestion is a good one to follow.
