RyuinfinityPDN Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 That is the weirdest request ever! Using search won't help you, so I suggest you download the Custom Brushes plugin and make a "hair brush" =D. Quote -- Make an Explosion in Space--

Crimson Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 BoltBait, stop messing with his mind. He'll turn out like you. And yes, Custom Brush is your best bet for adding hair. Removal, however...is a little harder. Quote Create A Professional-Looking Product Advertisment Mockup flickr | Deviant Art
ZizOiz Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 I would say hair removal involves the use of the clone stamp tool. Duplicate the layer that the photo is on, hide the top layer, and select the bottom layer. Use the clone stamp tool to cover the area behind the person's hair with whatever should be behind it, mostly background, and head. Now make the top layer visible again, duplicate it again, and hide the top layer again. (the hidden top layer is to replace any hair that you get rid of but didn't want to.) Now, on the visible, with untouched hair layer, start erasing where you don't want hair to be. If you accidentally erase some hair you don't want, set the clone tool's source on the hidden top layer, and match the brush's location exactly, pixel for pixel on the erasing layer. Hope this helps.
