How can I post screenshots to my post

I did some screenshots and saved it in WORD. I do not know how to post them here on the discussion bord. I know how to post regurar pictures, but do not know how to post images like that.

Please let me know how post screenshots.

Paste the screenshots out of word, to PDN or MS Paint, and resave them as pics.

Then you can upload them the regular way.
