Good choice, I have the same. I love being able to run Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 on high graphics settings at 1680x1050 res with high anti-aliasing, and still get 70-90 frames per second. :D

I'm using a 24 core system.

Do you wonder how well it runs Paint.NET?

Look here: viewtopic.php?p=210677#p210677

How do you get this much money to afford like 3 million computers...

I don't personally own the system. I work at Intel and it is in our computer lab.

You suck... No offense.

Made an update: New graphics card - ATi Radeon HD 4850 (512mb, 625Mhz).

You suck... No offense.

EDIT: I just realized my post was kinda cruel, sorry.

Here's my new other test bed, which I needed for testing some PDN4 install on a fresh 64-bit system...

Laptop or Desktop: Custom build / bread boxed*

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64 / Windows XP

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz

Motherboard: Asus VM-CSM

Video/Graphics: GeForce 7600 GS (it also has integrated video but bleh to that)

How much HD space? Either 120 or 200gb -- the 120 has Vista, the 200 has XP

How much RAM? 2GB (well, 4 right now)

It's pretty slow.

* That means it isn't in a case. All the components are sitting on my desk, with the motherboard on a box. I forget where I heard the term 'breadbox' or if it's the official term for this.

I had that card before I upgraded. It was quite good, but it doesn't have any vents attached.

You suck ... no offense

I'm coming to get you. Be afraid! Be very afraid!
