UnforGiven
I always delete the default "my pictures" folder for reasons not worth explaining here and use folders that I create. Now when I open PDN and go to file>open>my documents, the default my pictures folder with the default sample pics is there. Without closing PDN, I go to my documents and delete this folder again, and then in PDN repeat file>open>my documents, and the folder is there again. This leads me to believe PDN is creating this folder if it doesn't exist. This started happening with the last PDN update. I also recently updated the .Net Framework 3.5 with the SP1. Is PDN doing this and how can I disable it? Using win xp sp3 net framework 3.5 sp1
Rick Brewster
Yes. When we query the Windows Shell for the virtual folder location, we also include the flag that tells it to create the folder if it doesn't exist. In this case though it isn't necessary, as we have fallback locations ... I'll file a bug.
