Rick Brewster Posted August 22, 2005 Share Posted August 22, 2005 Did you not notice the tool box on the top-left corner of the main window with tools such as the pencil, paintbrush, eraser, line, rectangle, ellipse, freeform shape, text tool ... ? What about layers? These are all used extensively in image "creation." An application like Paint.NET serves roles for both image creation and manipulation. To ignore either role would be counterproductive and limiting.
