There are multiple methods. For instance, if you select the areas of pimples and acne and run the Red Eye effect in the Photo Submenu, that will remove the discolorization. However, other methods of blurring, using a blur brush technique, and others may prove a viable solution. It just comes down to the picture really and where the pimples and acne are placed ;)

Thanks for the tips, also sorry im new to this but i tried to use my clone stamp and it isnt workin could someone tell me the right way to use it on the acne problem?

Brief instruction: Hold down ctrl while drawing to set the reference point - then draw normally in the destination point. The source point will move as the tool does.
