I'm having awful bother with Hugin doing mosaic - it seems perfect for long panos which I can tidy up and crop and create amazing things with using Paint.Net. But when it comes to making massive multi images, straight lines do not align. I did a test pic of 21 phots in the room. It did join them perfectly in the sense that it got the order spot on, but zooming in on close inspecton the lines of doors were disjointed.
