Is there a general beginners tutorial for paint.net?

Is there a general beginners tutorial for paint.net?

I have found a lot of interesting things on this forum that can be done with this software but all I really want to do is make ebook covers and product boxes, maybe some cd and other product related images. What I have read so far is a little too advanced for me.

Is there an a to z type tutorial that will familiarize me enough with the software so that I can figure out the rest on my own?

Generally, i think that people familiarize themselves with PDN by following tuts and just experimenting with PDN.

There is not really a ”read this and you know everything about Paint.NET.”

My suggestion is; run true the help files. You dont have to read them all, just so you know your way around in them.

Then go into the plugin forum and figure out how to install pugins. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2023

Then try a tutorial. Any tutorial you like. Most of then are actually quite easy to follow.

Thanks for the help and links, I will try them all. Maybe if I get good, I can create the tut myself.
