  1. Download ConditionalPen 1.1 Tools Menu Do you wish to paint in a certain area of an image that cannot easily be selected? Do you wish to only draw on the lighter parts of the image? ConditionalPen allows you to select minimum and maximum values from the HSV spectrum in a similar way to Conditional Hue/Saturation, but rather than allowing the user to apply that effect to the image, it instead provides a brush that will only function when the pixel is within the given threshold.
  2. Download from my plugin set Every popular image editor has a smudge tool, and now Paint.NET can be popular, too! Effects > Tools > Smudge Want to make a cute monster like this one? Check out this tutorial by Marken. Even if you don't find it cute, the tutorial is still a good introduction to smudging. Here's how to use brushes to get different styles of smudging: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/29947-advanced-smudging/ To install more brushes, they must be in PNG format. Put the file in Documents\paint.net User Files
  3. One of the features in MS Paint missing from Paint.NET was the polygon tool. The polygon tool is basically a line tool - exept that when you right-click somewhere after drawing a line - it will draw another line from the last drawing postion to the current position. This tool is widely used in pixel art and this plugin allows you to use it in Paint.NET in a similar way to Paint.NET. This effect shows up in the new Tools menu. http://img187.imageshack.us/img187/9797/polygonvg0.png Copyright © Simon Brown 2008 - All Rights Reserved Use at your own risk. Polygon Tool:
