Hey I was wondering if there's any plugin to do this sort of thing in PDN? I'm not even sure what to call it (lol), word art? Word Collage? I dunno, but take a look at the attachment. Want to know if there's a easy way to go about something like this?

So I have searched and searched and for some reason I can't find how to easily and effectively do this Arch Text Effect, known in Adobe as Arc Lower. Lol for some reason doing this is not as easy in PDN or Inkscape. Does anyone have any secret knowledge on how to effectively accomplish this? And I'd love for it to be perfectly symmetrical and not a bootleg method like struggling with the liquify or smudge tool, lol. Thanks! Does anyone have any tips on how they would go about (in PDN or Inkscape) creating a design that appears to be made up of paper scraps? Similar to Tip's artwork for his 2008 album: "Paper Trail"? Thanks!

I searched and couldn't find another thread similar, so I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know the methods / steps / plugins to create an image like this? I'd like to take a real image and eventually get it as close to the effect (as seen in example) as possible. Kind of the painted, cartoony, outlined effect. Thanks....

For example, in the Scream And Shout Remix Video, there's an effect that randomly flashes, like they are a glitching hologram (for lack of better description). Such as in the attached pics.... How would I go about making something similar in Paint.Net? Some sort of plugin to help? Thanks in advance....
