Hi there. I have been serching for a softening filter and came across the Portrait Effect Plugin and it is exactly what I am looking for. My problem is that it says it is already incorporated into the Paint.Net program from version 3.10 and higher. I have updated my version to the latest one and still cannot find it. Could someone please give me a heads up...thanks.
