Okay I've downloaded the CustomBrushMini, but how would I download and use the Cloud Brushes, which are meant to be for Photoshop?

Hey. I'm new here, but pretty old to Paint.NET. I am wondering if this is an option. I would like to try to embed an image, in a clouds/fog effect, but don't want clouds in the whole entire picture. Is there a way I could possibly, make some clouds or something. I want it to look realistic, like the stuff that comes out of an car exhaust. A kind of fog/smoke coating a portion of the photo. Take a look at this website as an example: www.littlebigland.com/forum Notice how at the side the Kart's are covered in smoke, along with that moon. That's basically something I would like to do with my wallpaper, just don't know how.. Any help would be appreciated.
