My computer had to have everything removed, including Paint.NET. After I got it back, I tried to install Paint.NET (Yes, I have the .NET Framework installed too.) but during installation, the progress bar goes up to 90%, stops for a while, then drops back down to 0%, and never rises again. After looking in the Paint.NET folder that the installation made, I found that there was only a staging folder. I deleted it and tried to install again, and after a few seconds everything Paint.NET needed was in there, but then all of the stuff except the staging folder disappeared when the progress bar in the installation program went down. I can't find anyone else on this forum with this problem.
Can someone please help me with this? I've been dying to use Paint.NET!
