HEy! I'm having the same problem with the effects. Basically, my plugins list is the same and I already tried the "unblocking" thing through properties. Do you happen to know what the tech did to fix the problem? I already tried uninstalling and re installing PDN. I have no idea how to fix this issue. I'm also using windows 8.1 Thanks!
