Hello I am with seven. i want install paint net 3.5.10 after installing dot net framework 4.0 and I have this 2 errors (the windows base error was the first) I try to desinstall framework with the microsoft tool then i reinstall dotnet and paintnet but it is the same thing. What is the problem and what is the solution? thank you for your Help... i use paint net with XP and it is very good !
