Pictures Side-By-Side / "Before and After" Images

Thanks anyways but I am completely unschooled technologically so I don't even understand the instructions. Way, way too complicated but I appreciate the effort. -
How do I get two images to appear side by side? I am trying to paste "before and after" images, same size, to appear side by side and then "Save as". Any suggestions?
