It says I need Windows Vista SP1 or newer version to be able to get it. But, when I download SP1, it has an error every time. Please help me, on my old laptop I had it, but it broke, so I got this one, and I can't get it. EDIT: I also tried looking online for help, didn't get the thing I need.
