I followed the directions from BoitBat. It still didn't work. Finally, out of desperation, I deleted the dll files in the effects folder and copied the dll files from BoitBat's downloaded zip file to the effects folder. It now works. I had a lot of other plugins installed, and probably one or more of them were causing problems. Just a guess on my part. Now, I will only install plugins as they are needed. Thanks everyone for the help.

I downloaded it again and copied the dll to the effects folder. Object option is still not showing up in the effects menu in pdn. I am using Windows 7.

I recently had to replace the hard drive in my computer and re-install Paint.net. I installed the latest version 3.5. When I copied my collection of plugin files (including outline object) to the effects the object option does not appear in the Effects menu. Any advice is appreciated. Jerry
