Hello, I'm wondering if there is any way to get a shattered glass or mirror effect. I did an internet search and came up with outdated tutorials from 4-5 years ago. Is there any modern technique (or better yet, an effect plugin) that can make this effect? Thanks.

I own a Lenovo X220 tablet laptop, and with all the preinstalled Microsoft Office programs, the tablet responds nicely to pressure sensitivity. However, Paint.net does not, and when I do use the tablet with the paintbrush tool, it ends up looking like the text here: http://souperintendent.deviantart.com/#/d4ocir4 See how it's all weird, rough, and unnatural?
