    No there isn't unless you can try and find it on Youtube. Look around on the forum user's signatures for some channels with tutorials. yelloman has some good ones.

    I'm pretty sure this has been talked about but I thought I might bring it up as my first post. And Hello! I'm new here. Why not add a tool to Paint.NET? I'm pretty sure this program's development is also based around creating a image editing and creation program to where everything is simplified greatly. I do understand that you can easily do this type of stuff with the line tool and opacity settings but really it would be towards the convenience of users.
