Thank you. I thought that if I have FW4, its good for software require FW3.5. Do you know when does Paint.NET 4 planned to comes out?

Hi. I'm trying to install Paint.NET.3.5.10 on a computer that has .NET FW 4 and has no internet connection, and get an error message "an error occurred while downloading the setup package" 1 - I dont understand why it's trying to install FW3.5 on my computer. My guess, the error is from the installation. 2 - What can i do to install only Paint.NET without FW3.5? thnx
