  1. Hi, sorry to dig this up. Just wanted to remind you that this is still not resolved. regards Heyho123
  2. Hi, since the beta of version 4 until the current (4.0.3) it simply doesn't remember neither the window position nor the position of the toolwindows. They always start in the corners. I found the keys in the registry where that data is stored, those values simply reset each start. I have Visual Studio installed, I can send you MemoryDumps, registry exports or you can try TeamViewer to see it happen. A bugfix would be greatly appreciated. regards Heyho123
  3. Hi, this is a repost of an older thread, but I think you overlooked this post. first, thanks a lot for making paint.net. One bug I find most annoying is that it doesn't remember the window position on startup anymore. Also the tool windows always startup in the corners and not where I dragged them. I like to have the tool windows beside the main window so I can see the whole image. And it's just very annoying to move them to the side on every startup. regards
  4. Hi, first, thanks a lot for making paint.net. One bug I find most annoying is that it doesn't remember the window position an startup anymore. Also the tool windows always startup in the corners and not where I dragged them. I also find it very out of place the paint.net is written small everywhere. I can't think of any other application that does this. Especially in German where a lot of words are written in Capital this looks very strange. regards
  5. Hi, I got the same problem. To reproduce: Put taskbar on left side. Start Paint.net via startmenu, set position and close it again. Open a picture with Paint.net. The position will be too far to the left. Since pn has so many windows it's not very productive to maximize it on a single monitor system, so it's kind of sad that it doesn't even remember the position...
