I installed the latest version of paint.net (3.5.10) and now have a strange delay that was not present in previous builds. Any time I open a file or save a file, approximately 5 seconds after I open or save it, paint.net has to "think" for about 30 seconds. In windows 7, it gives a spinning circle on my mouse cursor and I cannot perform any actions while paint.net is "thinking". Previously, I never had any issues like this with paint.net and was able to immediately perform other actions after a file open or save. What has happened?
