I just recently tried to install v. 3.10 of paint.net - I was notified of the update, btw, I didn't go looking for it.
I've tried to install it and, after it goes all the way through the installation process, I always get an error message that starts:
ComponentModel.Win32Exception: ExecuteHandoff Failed (1058, ERROR_SERVICE_DISABLED)
at
PaintDotNet.SystemLayer.NativeUtilities.ThrowOnWin32Err...
messageInt32
and then on and on and on with a lot more lines. I have uninstalled the previous version but now I can't install any version of Paint.net.
I looked but haven't seen this addressed recently in the forum.
Any help? I'm a reporter/photographer and REALLY need to edit my photos on a deadline.
