If there's no way then make a way I know i did, messing a bit with some C# programming and changing the filter from Paint.NET on the fly (now don't go screaming that i did some illegality ). If you're interested, then you can find it here, compiled for both 32 and 64 bit version. They were only tested for windows 7 64 bit, will test on XP and win7 32 bit some other time. Files should be virus free, but don't trust me on that, so make sure to scan them. Edit by Rick: Nope.
